It's Justin Bieber's party and he'll cry if he wants to! The newly 19-year-old heartthrob took to Twitter Friday night to express his disappointment after his birthday plans were reportedly shut down.

Earlier in the night, the excited Girlfriend singer tweeted "big night ahead" and "gonna be a fun night," but mere hours later he was singing a different tune, writing: "Worst birthday." The tweet has been shared 132,565, and has led to #BeliebersHatePaparazzi to start trending. But the photographers may not be to blame this time.

Gwyneth Paltrow Oscars Regret, Should've Worn Bra

Even a fashionista like Gwyneth Paltrow has some fashion flops from time to time. The Oscar winner shared a few of her style regrets, one of which included not wearing a bra on the red carpet!

In a Q&A posted on her website Goop, Paltrow, 40, admits that coming up in the '90s was not so kind for her style-wise. When asked about her fashion faux pas, the actress quipped, "Two that come to mind are looks I wore to the Oscars in 2000 and 2002. The first is the Calvin Klein. It's an okay dress but not Oscars material. I chose it because I wanted to disappear that year."

So, what was outfit No. 2? "Also, the goth Alexander McQueen I wore a few years later. There were a few issues; I still love the dress itself but I should have worn a bra and I should have just had simple beachy hair and less makeup. Then, it would have worked as I wanted it to -- a little bit of punk at the Oscars."

As for her fave fashion moments, Paltrow gushes over stylist Elizabeth Saltzman, and how she's revolutionized her red-carpet look. "Standouts for me are the pink Prada dress at the 2011 Venice Film Festival, and of course the white Tom Ford from the Oscars last year."

What do you think of the actress' 2000 and 2002 Oscars looks? Were those really her worst style statements?

Flashback: Frankie Muniz's 'Agent Cody Banks' Interview in 2003

While his acting career has since been reduced to guest appearances on TV series and various independent films, Frankie Muniz was once one of the hottest young actors in Hollywood. We take you back to when he was at the height of the career.

On this day in 2003, Muniz was doing press for his action film Agent Cody Banks, in which he played the titular character, co-starring alongside Hilary Duff and Angie Harmon.

PICS: Role Call: Who Got Hired In Hollywood?

The film was the third starring role for the then-17-year-old Muniz, who had risen to fame on the comedy series Malcolm in the Middle.

Among the many topics that he's asked about in the interview is the subject of dating, a usually enthusiastic topic for an adolescent, especially a famous one. However, Muniz reveals that he's not as smooth with the ladies as one might expect of an actor.

"I'm not good at talking to girls in the sense of me going up to a girl and starting a conversation," Muniz reveals," but if I get introduced to a girl or a girl comes up to me, I can carry conversation fine. ... I would never be able to go up to a girl and be like, 'Hey... What's up?' ... I'd be exactly like Cody (his character) was: I wouldn't know what to say."

Although one might assume that fame would guarantee a legion of girls for him to date, the teenage actor assesses his fame as more of a hindrance to facilitating relationships than a catalyst.

"The few times I have...introduced myself to someone, they're like, 'You're from "Malcolm in the Middle"!' and 'Oh, let me take a picture with you!' Then it's like, 'Well, that kind of ruined it,'" he divulges.

Nevertheless, Muniz, who is currently more involved in music as the drummer of indie rock band Kingsfoil than acting, maintains that recognition from strangers is generally rewarding--when he's not trying to court a girl, that is.

"I get recognized a lot, but that's not tough to me," he replies when prompted on getting recognized. "It's kind of odd, but it's fun. It's a good feeling when someone comes up to you and [says]...'I like your show' or 'I can't wait to see your new movie.' That just makes me happy that people are actually watching and people enjoy what I do."

Muniz went on to star in Malcolm in the Middle for three more years and eventually starred in a Cody Banks sequel a year later.

As for the future of his love life, Muniz was married in 2011.

Flashback: Pierce Brosnan Films 'GoldenEye' in Monte Carlo in 1995

"James Bond" has done wonders for the actors who've undertaken his character. After Timothy Dalton relinquished the role, Pierce Brosnan took on the MI6 agent for the film series' seventeenth film, GoldenEye. We take you back eighteen years ago, when Brosnan was filming his first Bond film.

On this day in 1995, Brosnan was in the luxurious Monaco town of Monte Carlo to film a few scenes for GoldenEye, including scenes on a ship in the Port of Monaco and inside the lavish Monte Carlo Casino.

PICS: 50 Years of James Bond

The city and the casino had previously been used as the setting for the 1983 Bond film Never Say Never Again starring Sean Connery.

Prior to heading to the on-location set to film scenes for his first film as James Bond, Brosnan basks in the lovely weather and luxury of Monte Carlo, located south of France in the Principality of Monaco.

"I've had a nice time," Brosnan says in the flashback. "I think I'm going to do some work right now, actually. I've been here for four days and I haven't done a thing. What more can a boy ask for? [It's] Monte Carlo."

While Brosnan had been acting for over a decade prior to taking on his Bond role in films such as Mrs. Doubtfire, his star had yet to rise prior to GoldenEye. On the verge of becoming a household name, Brosnan didn't think the role had or would change him.

"I think I'm still the same guy," he says. "I haven't seen the check yet, though."

That check would be a substantial one for Brosnan once the film came to fruition and raked in a hefty $352 million ($517 million, inflation adjusted) at the box office, with Brosnan taking home a reported $4 million for the film.

The Irish actor would go on to star in three more Bond films (Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, Die Another Day) and make a reported total of $41 million in the process.

Better yet, the role immortalized him as an actor and helped him land many starring roles to come.

Vanity Fair 2013 Oscars Party: Michael Douglas Flatters Catherine Zeta-Jones

Amid the many festivities of Sunday's Academy Awards was a performance by Catherine Zeta-Jones from Chicago, the musical that won her an Oscar a decade ago. Her husband, Michael Douglas, dazzled her with compliments for the impressive number.

"I can't believe it was ten years ago," the Wall Street actor said on the red carpet of the Vanity Fair after-party. "She looks as beautiful...and just amazing. That's a workout, and there she is. [She] looks great; the show stands up pretty good too."

Just before the stars capped the night with a celebration, they revealed their favorite moments of the ceremony. The consensus among the majority of the attendees was that they enjoyed musical performances like Zeta-Jones'.

"The music was fantastic, actually," said Daniel Day-Lewis, who won Best Actor for his role as Abraham Lincoln in Lincoln. "Adele's a bit of a favorite in our family."

Longtime actor Jon Voight, who has attended many an award show in his day, gave his opinion on why the show was a success.

One of a handful of actors who completed an awards sweep by notching an Oscar in addition to SAG and Golden Globes Awards was Anne Hathaway, who won yet again for her supporting role in Les Misérables.

Although she had already won two major awards for her role, Hathaway claims she wasn't expecting to win the Oscar on Sunday.

Oscars Flashback: Catherine Zeta-Jones 2003

Catherine Zeta-Jones had quite possibly the best year of her adult life in 2003. Following the rampant success of her musical film Chicago, the Welsh actress was nominated for her first Oscar. However, an Oscar wasn't the only award that life adorned her with that year.

Zeta-Jones arrived to the 2003 Oscars eight months pregnant with her second child. While she was less than a month away from giving birth, she nevertheless performed a number from Chicago with her co-star Queen Latifah, which made it an even more memorable night for her.

VIDEO: Oscars Flashback '98: Good Ol' Jack

After performing, Zeta-Jones was granted the Oscar for which she was nominated and was on cloud nine in the press room after receiving the award.

"I'm still in shock," the then-33-year-old actress says. "...I just know that a dream came true for me tonight. ...I'm dumbstruck. ...Without anyone seeing this movie, it was probably the most amazing experience of my life, and this [award going] part and parcel with that experience is just overwhelming."

Knowing that it would prove to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, she wanted to cherish every moment of it.

"I need to write it all down tomorrow to remember this night," she adds. "I can't even remember my own name right now."

A month from giving birth to her second child, Zeta-Jones, the second child of Patricia and David James Jones, reveals that she had just gotten off with her mom in her native Wales, where it was well into the early hours of the morning.

Downton Abbey Julian Fellowes Talks Season Four

Stateside Downton Abbey fans knew what was coming in last night's season three finale given the fact it aired in England months ago and the internet exists. But that didn't stop us all from collectively shedding a tear when Matthew, feeling jubilation over the birth of his son, died in a episode-ending car accident.

RELATED - Dan Stevens on Leaving Downton For Good

Turns out, had creator Julian Fellowes has his way, Matthew would have lived ... for one more episode.

"I had hoped that we would have one episode of this fourth season that I'm writing now, so we could have ended the Christmas episode on a happy note, and then kill him in the first episode of the next series. But he didn't want to do that," Fellowes tells The New York Times of star Dan Stevens' desire to leave the show. "I didn't want his death to dominate the Christmas special, so that's why we killed him at the very, very end. In a way I think it works quite well because we begin Series 4 six months later. We don't have to do funerals and all that stuff. That's all in the past by then."

RELATED - Lady Sybil Tops Our Devastating TV Deaths List

So it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that next season will be all about Lady Mary finding herself again. "Mary has to rebuild her life in a society which is changing," Fellowes says. "We would see women’s roles in the '20s as being very much behind women today. But it was a big advance on what it had been 30 years before. And that's all explored in the show."

As for season three's other big death, that of Lady Sybil, Fellowes says that it too was fueled by the actor's desire to leave the show and that unlike the actors who play servants, there's only one way to deal with a departing member of the Grantham family: death.

"When an actor playing a servant wants to leave, there isn't really a problem -- [that character gets] another job," he says. "With members of the family, once they're not prepared to come back for any episodes at all, then it means death. Because how believable would it be that Matthew never wanted to see the baby, never wanted to see his wife? And was never seen again at the estate that he was the heir to? So we didn't have any option, really. I was as sorry as everyone else."

VIDEO - Inside the Real Downton Abbey Castle

Fellowes also might be apologizing to fans in the near future as he might have to hand showrunner duties off to someone else as NBC has tapped him to write a new series, which he'll begin once writing on season four is finished. "If I'm doing a series at NBC, I would not be able to write all of Downton and all of that series at the same time," he says, adding, "I'd prefer to do everything on my terms [but] the business of life is learning that you can't lay down the terms. If Downton goes on -- of course that's not my decision -- then it would be with other writers. And one of the tricks is to recognize when it's time to come to an end. Some things go on for 20 years ... but I just don't see Downton being one of them."

Considering that Drew Barrymore turns 38 today, it's fascinating to think that she attended her first Oscars thirty years ago. At the 1983 Oscars, the charming, young actress is adorable as ever as she is interviewed on the red carpet.

Although she had won a Young Artist Award for best actress for her performance in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Barrymore didn't receive a nomination for an individual award at her first Oscars despite the majority consensus that she should have.

However, the film, her second feature in her young acting career, was nominated for Best Picture at that year's Academy Awards.

With her sweet and sassy personality, 8-year-old Barrymore arrives to Hollywood's biggest celebration wearing a hot pink dress designed by her "momma" with a bow in her hair and a pearl necklace that was given to her by E.T. director Steven Spielberg.

"I don't know if it will win, but I'm hoping so much!" she says enthusiastically of the Oscar-nominated film.

Also nominated that April evening was the film's director, Spielberg, for whom she reveals she voted in addition to voting for the film. As for the Best Actress category, which was loaded with talented actresses Meryl Streep, Julie Andrews, and Jessica Lange, Barrymore wasn't too interested.

"I'm not nominated," she replies with a smile when asked about her vote for Best Actress.

Two years later, Barrymore received her first major awards show nomination at the Golden Globes for the 1984 film Irreconcilable Differences. Despite more Globes nominations over the years, she has never been nominated for an Oscar.
